Hit-and-Run Accident Causes Vehicle to Crash into Nashville Store
A hit-and-run accident last Monday caused one driver to lose control of his vehicle and crash into a storefront in downtown Nashville.
According to a report by WATE.com, the accident occurred around 6 a.m. on Church Street near the downtown area of Nashville. Police told reporters that the driver of a small black car was heading north on 14th Avenue when he or she struck a silver Honda at the intersection of 14th and Church Street.
The impact of the collision sent the Honda off the roadway and into the front of a Hustler Hollywood store. Police also said that the driver of the black car didn’t stop after causing the accident and fled the scene. The driver of the silver Honda wasn’t injured in the crash, but the impact caused significant damage to the store.
The driver of the black hasn’t been found and police are still investigating the crash.
