Two-Vehicle Accident in Clarksville Causes Man to Suffer Serious Injuries
A man from Clarksville, Tennessee, was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident involving a car and a truck on Monday night.
According to a report by wkrn.com and Clarksville Now, the accident occurred around 9:20 p.m. on Ashland City Road near the intersection with Gatlin Street. The male driver of one of the vehicles suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center via LifeFlight helicopter in order to receive immediate treatment.
A female passenger who was riding in the truck that was involved in the accident also suffered injuries and was transported to a local hospital. Police temporarily blocked off the road in order to investigate the crash and clear the scene of accident debris.
